How reviews work
- "Verified purchase" marks a review written by a customer whose order for this product was delivered; we check the review against the order before showing the badge.
- After delivery we invite every buyer to leave a review, not only the satisfied ones, and reviews are not rewarded.
- We publish positive and negative reviews alike. A review is removed only for offensive language, personal data or content unrelated to the product, never for its rating.
- Reviews are listed from the most recent; the score is the plain average of all published ratings.

"The service was very good, the products very good. The review was made by a person who has been using this type of product for 40 years due to a work accident. The crutches also have wing nuts to make them easier to adjust by unscrewing/screwing without needing a screwdriver. They are also very light. The delivery was very fast, the delivery person was very understanding about the delay in answering the door... So overall very, very satisfied."
