How reviews work
- "Verified purchase" marks a review written by a customer whose order for this product was delivered; we check the review against the order before showing the badge.
- After delivery we invite every buyer to leave a review, not only the satisfied ones, and reviews are not rewarded.
- We publish positive and negative reviews alike. A review is removed only for offensive language, personal data or content unrelated to the product, never for its rating.
- Reviews are listed from the most recent; the score is the plain average of all published ratings.
"Thank you for your promptness and professionalism."

"The brace is a useful product; I noticed a significant improvement in my pain after using it. During sustained effort, it makes performing tasks at work easier by reducing pain, and at rest, when I'm not wearing it, the pain is no longer present to a large extent. Thank you!"
